I joined NGA in Feb 2011 and work as part of team of 9 HR administrators delivering a proficient HR Administration service to 2500+ Gatwick employees and line managers. Prior to joining NGA I worked as HR/Training officer in both the private and public sectors and have gained valuable experience and was able to bring my skills and experience to NGA.

I recently was promoted to Senior HR Administrator and also earned myself ‘ employee of the month’, which is an achievement that I am very proud of.  I would say NGA  is a very positive and vibrant place to work, with friendly people, lovely clean offices and where your efforts are always recognized and rewarded.
