Developing our People

At NGA, we want to be unique.
We recognise and celebrate that everyone is different and that we each bring our own skill sets and experience to NGA, which we can all learn from.
As importantly, we appreciate everyone has different career aspirations and ways of learning which is why we personalise development for each and every one of our 8,500 employees.
We also provide access to our NGA Academy which offers a variety of learning and development programs, and it's really up to each individual to reach out and grab the opportunities that are available to them.
We continually work to develop our managers providing them access to both core leadership development programs, as well as other courses to develop important skills such as coaching, high impact communications and team building.
As a global community, we also benefit from a very successful e-learning center which provides access to over 2,000 courses to all of our employees.
NGA also runs academies for specialised communities who have a particular training need, for example within our our sales, consultancy, project management and Operations teams.
New members to the NGA team will also join a comprehensive induction program to ensure we help you settle in as quickly as possible.
